Example of 1 Serving
Rice and Alternatives (5-7 servings per day)
  1. 2 slices bread (60g)
  2. ½ bowl rice (100g)
  3. ½ bowl noodles or beehoon (100g)
  4. 4 plain biscuits (40g)
  5. 1 large potato (180g)
  6. 1 ½ cup plain cornflakes (40g)
I eat 2 slices of white/wholemeal bread every morning and either 1/2 bowl of rice or noodles for dinner, depending on the day of the week. Once a week, there'll be a dish of curry potato thus I also do eat large potatoes.

Fruit (2 servings per day)
  1. 1 small apple, orange, pear or mango (130g)
  2. 1 wedge pineapple, papaya or watermelon (130g)
  3. 10 grapes or longans (50g)
  4. 1 medium banana
  5. 1 glass pure fruit juice (250ml)
  6. Vegetables ¾ mug cooked leafy or non-leafy vegetables (100g)
  7. 150g raw leafy vegetables
  8. 100g raw non-leafy vegetables
After dinner every day, I would have at least an apple/pear/orange plus a small wedge of papaya/watermelon. During some teabreaks I may also eat grapes or banana. Once a week, I have fruit juice (orange usually). Every day I eat vegetables, be it kailan, spinach, mushrooms, tofu, cabbage or cucumber.

Meat and Alternatives (2-3 servings per day)
  1. 1 palm-sized piece fish, lean meat or skinless poultry (90g)
  2. 2 small blocks soft beancurd (170g)
  3. ¾ cup cooked pulses (e.g. lentils, peas, beans) (120g)
  4. 5 medium prawns (90g)
  5. 3 eggs (150g)
  6. 2 glasses milk (500 ml)
  7. 2 slices of cheese (40g)
Every dinner I have either fish or chicken to go with my rice. Beancurd and prawns are often cooked during one of the weekend for lunch or dinner. I ususally eat 1 egg a day in the form of fuyong egg. I have 2 glasses of milk definitely-morning and night. I would sometimes have cheese to go with my bread in the mornings.

Now that I'm done analysing my diet, I'd move on to suggesting the healthy one-diet meal :)
