Here are the description and recommended servings for some of the recipes I ate. The things in brackets are my assessment of whether I reached the recommended level. 1. Beehoon, fish slice, soup Description : Thick rice noodles with fish slices and vegetables Edible Portion: 100% Per Serving: 686 g (below recommended level) 2. Chicken floss Description : Chinese snack, chicken meat, shredded, dried Edible Portion : 100% Per Serving : 100g (below recommended level) 3. Curry, chicken with potato, skin removed Edible Portion : 83% Per Serving : 220 g (roughly around recommended level) 4. Stew Edible Portion : 100% Per Serving : 164.75 g (roughly around recommended level) 5. Eclair, chocolate Description : Pastry, W/ chocolate cream filling Edible Portion : 100% Per Serving : 38 g (rougly around recommended level) 6.
